Digital Messaging Surveillance (DMS)
Backed by the power of SS&C Technologies, Black Diamond and SS&C’s Risk & Compliance Intelligence Platform (RCI) will launch the Digital Messaging Surveillance module, also known as DMS.
DMS will provide a highly customizable and comprehensive feature set that supports capturing, archiving, and analyzing of all emails, text, social media, and Black Diamond in-app messages. This new tool will enable firms to comply with 17a-4 and other SEC and FINRA regulations.

Black Diamond CRM
Built on the Salesforce platform, the new Black Diamond CRM takes the power of that offering and shapes it into a purpose-built solution designed exclusively for financial advisors. It redefines the advisor experience by granting access to the power of an enterprise CRM in a managed experience because Black Diamond operates as the outsourced admin on behalf of your firm.
As a managed offering, the Black Diamond CRM offers pre-built integrations, including account opening and email workflows, a Time and Expense Manager, and robust data syncs.

InnoTrust Statement Integration
Our continued investment to provide a unified wealth platform is taking a leap forward as we introduce the InnoTrust Contact and Statement API integration.
This integration will provide a quick and easy way to link InnoTrust contacts to Black Diamond contacts enabling clients to access their Trust Statement and Tax Documents within the Black Diamond Portal, as well as the Mobile Web, and Mobile App experiences.
We have also integrated with OneSource for Trust Tax Documents so no matter if clients utilize InnoTrust or OneSource to access Tax Documents, we have them available for investors!

Custodial Realized Gain/Loss Data Update for Account Merge
To improve reporting accuracy in post-merge account data, we have enhanced the account merge process to retain custodial realized gain and loss (RGL) information.
When two accounts with synced custodial cost basis are merged, RGL data will be automatically preserved from the older account using the Account Merge tool as of the merge date.

Insurance App
Our vision to grow the types of assets we report on is taking a giant leap forward with the introduction of the new Insurance Application. This app pulls together all the key insurance-related information for advisors and clients, from granular policy and rider characteristics to marketplace tools to find new insurance opportunities and options.
This dedicated space for insurance and annuity information is available in two ways – via a standalone application in Client View and for clients who hold policies in the Client Portal web experience.

Rebalancer Trading Efficiencies by Custodian
To make data available faster, Rebalancer users can rebalance using prior-day account values as soon as automated reconciliation is complete for each custodian instead of waiting for all custodian information to finish.

Model Marketplace: SS&C Rendezvous
Fully integrated within the Black Diamond Rebalancer tool, SS&C Rendezvous showcases advisor-generated model recommendations. Users can Browse and Subscribe to a list of Models and Strategies provided by SS&C ALPS Advisors. When subscribed to a particular Model or Strategy, the information is available in Rebalancer, allowing exclusive use for the advisor. Or, advisors can integrate a RendezvousModel with one of their own to complete a Strategy.

Expanded Financial Planning Capabilities with RightCapital Collaboration
This two-way integration enhances one of the more popular integrations by natively pulling key financial planning data from RightCapital into Black Diamond's platform as account and portfolio information flow from Black Diamond to RightCapital. The continuous loop takes the advisor-investor dialogue to new levels by creating a seamless experience for the end user. This new integration goes beyond the typical surface-level integration by synchronizing the underlying platforms of both partners to enable deeper workflows in Black Diamond.

As part of the ongoing testing of the Financial Planning App, we are releasing the ability to view the Overview page within Client View under the Planning space. This update is an exciting next step in our efforts to expand the coverage of the planning topic across Black Diamond!

Auto-Allocate Feature Availability
We now offer automatic trade allocation in our ongoing effort to streamline the trading process over our available FIX connections. As a result, an order that's filled will have its allocation details transmitted to the custodian by Rebalancer, causing a decrease in user-initiated actions while trading.

ESG Scores Within Data Mining
We are excited to announce the introduction of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Scores from Morningstar's Sustainalytics platform. We are first introducing these data points within Data Mining where firms’ users can pull in an asset's ESG and Overall Risk Score into their templates. Additionally, users can get exposure across all assets, filter for specific relationships, portfolios, and/or accounts, and perform further analysis within the excel export.

Principal & Income Reporting
Black Diamond is excited to offer a new reporting topic to our InnoTrust clients. The offering of Principal and Income reports will be within the Allocation reporting arenas. In addition, we are introducing five new data points to be included within the Client View, the Client Portal, and the Client Reporting applications. This work will connect our robust reporting capabilities with the needs of the Trust market and allow clients to report on the most important and impactful topics.

To-Do List Dashboard
Advisors can now review and maintain all the To Do Tasks created for their clients in one consolidated list under the Client Experience app. In addition, the new dashboard offers cross-client visibility with sorting and filtering capabilities. Firm users will also have the ability to assign internal tasks to other firm users to help streamline administrative activities.

Rebalancer Strategy Sync
Based on your feedback, we have created an automated sync between Rebalancer Strategies and Reporting Targets. The sync updates target components, allocations, and tolerance bands to match an assigned strategy. This enhancement will remove the need for duplicate entries between applications and create a more consistent experience for our Rebalancer clients.
