UMA Sleeves
The Sleeve Reporting Solution brings increased flexibility and control. Advisors can create sleeve accounts from a UMA and apply specific rules to diversify and manage assets more effectively. This functionality includes enhanced diversification, customization at scale, streamlined efficiency, and active management tools.

Account Compression Enhancements
Continuing with our Reporting Flexibility initiative, we’re introducing Manager Strategies – a powerful new way to deliver a more holistic view of account compression. This enhancement connects the Client Experience, Rebalancer, and Data Mining applications with manager strategies to present a seamless account compression workflow.

Firm User Access to Partnerships
The new Firm Partnership Management permission grants partnership access to firm users. When enabled, the new role permission allows users to create, edit, view, and delete partnerships based on account access. It’s an update that delivers expanded functionality for firm-level management.

New Shared Document Visibility
We’ve added a visual indicator for newly shared documents in the document Vault to enhance client collaboration. Client users will begin seeing a clear marker highlighting new uploads. This update helps clients quickly identify what’s new and stay informed with ease.

Configurable Client Experience Homepage
Enhancements to the Client Experience Homepage across web and mobile views will empower advisors with greater control and customization. With the new drag-and-drop layout configuration, advisors can personalize content per investor, ensuring key information is prioritized. A sleek, modern design enhances the experience, delivering a more intuitive and engaging portal.

Partnerships of Partnerships
Firm admins can now create Partnerships of Partnerships, allowing a partnership account to be the parent, which can allocate performance data across assigned accounts based on allocation percentages. This added flexibility enhances performance tracking and reporting for complex partnership structures.

Proposal Generation Enhanced Content
We've expanded Proposal Generation with new features, including Proposal Stats and Tax Cost for key portfolio metrics, Gain/Loss and Trades for tax and transition insights, and Holding-Level Detail to track assets across accounts. Users also have more control over PDF proposals, allowing them to customize displayed information at runtime.

With advanced analytics, upgraded features, and an intuitive design, Direct Advisory Suite provides smarter insights, simplifies workflows, and enhances client interactions for better outcomes.

We are excited to announce the next phase of the Advanced Groupings beta, which now includes all client reporting applications: Client Reports, Client Portal, Client Mobile app, Client View, and Research.

Rebalancer Cash Buffer Enhancements
We have addressed feedback to improve the tools for managing advisor client's cash needs within the Rebalancer application. This includes managing cash needs at the program level while giving advisors more control over the details. We are introducing cash buffers at the program level that will apply to any account assigned. In addition, advisors can now exclude specific cash buffers from the allocation value and determine how much of each should be liquid or invested into a money market fund. A dollar cost average schedule can be created to ease into the investment strategy.

Client Portal Vault Redesign
We are thrilled to release our Vault redesign of the Client Portal. The new experience will entail a dropdown menu on the Vault tab. Instead of clicking Vault and going directly to the Vault, clients will be able to select whether they want to view Documents, Reports, or Statements based on the enabled client profile settings. No features or settings will need to be enabled for client users; existing functionality and visibility will be respected.

Manage the Balance Sheet More Efficiently
Managing the Balance Sheet with performance data is critical for the advisor workflow. To achieve this, we have made improvements to bucketing custodial account registration types into easier-to-understand groups, allowing for greater automation of the maintenance workflows. We have also expanded what information can be added via Investor Manual Accounts, making managing non-performance accounts for client relationships easier than ever.

Audience Finder
We have integrated "Audience Finder" into the Black Diamond Client Portal's Relationship Timeline tool. For those unfamiliar, Timeline offers a chronological view of advisor-client interactions, including photos, videos, announcements, and other communications on both desktop and mobile platforms. "Audience Finder" enhances this functionality by allowing advisors to search for specific criteria such as portfolio groups, specific holdings, or net worth thresholds. Selected audiences are notified through alerts on their mobile app or desktop browser.

Proposal Generation
We are excited to announce that our brand-new Proposal Generation app is now available to all Black Diamond Rebalancer users. Clients can streamline the proposal creation process, saving valuable time. Integrating relationship and Rebalancer data simplifies the task of adding accounts and strategies.

Our newest Batch API version comes full of enhancements, including the ability to run batches by specific data formats/custodians, run delta files, and many new parameter options that allow users to get a tailored data extract.

Advent Insurance Marketplace Upgrade
We have enhanced the Advent Insurance Marketplace to make it easier for advisors to engage clients in conversations around insurance solutions and discover opportunities that can help grow their practice. In addition to streamlined access to fiduciary-friendly annuities and insurance, we are introducing several new interactive tools and complimentary educational resources. These enhancements are designed to identify new opportunities with annuities left behind and to keep firms informed and supported in their interactions with their clients.

Rebalancer: Manage Your Own SMA and Manual Transfers
Clients can now manage and trade an account to a specific Model while having it compressed as a Separately Managed Account within a portfolio. Additionally, users can manually add transfers in and out of an SMA within the Rebalancer. These changes allow firms to have trading control of SMA accounts with optimized reporting and performance tracking.
